As always, you'll need a legal purchased copy of the game to play, along with TL-Wiki's translation patch for it. Both of those will need to be installed first. (At this time, this patch has not been sanctioned by either TL-Wiki, nor Akabei Soft2, my e-mail is below if you want to contact me). To make things easy, I've created a simple installer for the patch, however should you desire, I also uploaded a "manual install" version, both can be found at the links below:

To install it manually, simply unzip the patch into your "G-Senjou" install directory, it should overwrite "gstring_4.xp3", this is the script file. To uninstall, simply reinstall "G-Senjou", or reinstall the TL-Wiki patch.
As a bonus (to those that care), I've created an extensive flowchart of the novel, which I have included with both versions of the patch.
Also worth mentioning, you should see "(*)" at the start of the game. This indicates that that patch installed correctly, and the game is using the modified script. Example below:
